I am very upset with place today. I come here often and have never had an issue. we have been waiting over an hour for a table which is fine but i went inside to order and pay for a mimosa at the bar while we wait and the lady told me I cannot order one because they are "too busy" The bar was not full. This place is usually on point and today it wasn't and I'm very disappointed as we brought people with us who have never been here... This is not the way to run a resturaunt. Terrible experience, poor customer service. The sign is posted indicating they close at 2. I arrived at 1:45 and was rudely informed that the kitchen was closed because they didn’t have any customers in the last half hour. The manager was especially rude… they must not know- there is a ton of restaurants serving “toast.” SMH Gretna Toast….
