This Waffle House is a little different from others I’ve been to. The layout isn’t the standard setup, and it feels like it may be a training location or something similar. Even so, or maybe because of it, the service here is consistently excellent.
Every visit we’ve had great experiences with the staff. They’re attentive, friendly, and especially good with kids, which matters a lot when you’re dining with a very hungry tweenager. They’re patient, kind, and make the whole meal feel easy instead of stressful.
Despite being a bit different, this has become one of our favorite Waffle House locations in the city. Good food, great service, and a place we’re always happy to come back to.

Service here was terrible!! Manager (Stephanie) confirmed this was a training location…she was totally drab and unpleasant so I understand why the staff was so off. Took 20 minutes for someone to take our order. Once the food came it wasn’t correct. Took an additional 20 minutes for waffle and check. After all the complaining that went on Stephanie managed to still disappear and not assist her staff. So I empathize with the newbies…WAFFLE HOUSE…Everyone can’t be a leader and you definitely need someone with leadership and motivation skills cause Ms. Stephanie just wants to stock bread and sugar.

Very Unprofessional… walked in there and was told I was able to sit anywhere the manager throwing his hands in the air having a whole attitude because I didn’t realize he was talkin to me … highly recommend u don’t go there if u want good service

Cleanest Waffle House ive ever been in! Food was excellently prepared. All staff was so sweet. Management was on point with delegating and making sure staff was doing what needed to be done. Staff worked outstanding together. Definitely will be back to this location!
