I had a wonderful experience here today before work. I sat in the middle seat at the bar, directly in front of the grill, so I got a front row seat to something magnificent. Although they were slammed busy, they worked as a team. They were well staffed, and even management was helping out— it was all hands on deck at Waffle House. As someone that has worked in service industry for a long time, I loved to see how seamlessly they worked their system. Amongst all the chaos, I witnessed...
