Staff is very rude! I pulled up to the drive thru and said âHello, Helloâ, and the staff began to mock me and I could hear it through their speaker bc their Micâs werenât off. I didnât argue or anything, simply pulled off and did not give them my service. I would not recommend this Wendyâs.

Placed a mobile order, I was asked to pull up front when we arrived. We waited 15 mins, I counted 5 cars behind us that got their food as we waited. After 15mins we left with nothing. I contacted customer service and was refunded. We ordered 3 biggie bags and a large fry, nothing complicated! I use the app all the time without issues, I won't be returning to this location!

Terrible place! I'm very disappointed that our young teenagers are just thrown into jobs without the proper training.The manager had only 3 people in the store including herself she had no empathy for her staff nor the customers. She asked me what I order I told her and she got an attitude with me after patently waiting for her to figure it out. She shut down when things hectic like locking the doors so no customers come in just ridiculous!
