Sign said free frosty 4pm to 6pm pulled up at 5:50 to be told all they had was chocolate. Then I was told they already shut the machine down. So I ordered my food and was told to pull up so I did. 21 minutes later I went in for a refund which I got a then left

The people that work here should not be employed. I have 30 minutes for lunch and I wasted 20 of it waiting for someone to take my order when the place was EMPTY!! THE lady in charge, looked at me and went back to her phone!!!! No wonder they have an empty parking lot.
I only get chocolate cold brew and oatmeal bar. They either make it INCORRECTLY or are always out of product to make it.

We ordered after a long day of coming out of work and honestly lady in red hair in a instant with a attitude second thing we ordered and waited about 30 minutes for only 2 burger meals another thing we ordered baconator fries and they were as cold as anything tasted like they been sitting there for the longest stiff fries and I could really go on and on but long story short it’s basically like we went there and begged to buy a meal
