Sign said free frosty 4pm to 6pm pulled up at 5:50 to be told all they had was chocolate. Then I was told they already shut the machine down. So I ordered my food and was told to pull up so I did. 21 minutes later I went in for a refund which I got a then left

The people that work here should not be employed. I have 30 minutes for lunch and I wasted 20 of it waiting for someone to take my order when the place was EMPTY!! THE lady in charge, looked at me and went back to her phone!!!! No wonder they have an empty parking lot.

Bald dude made me wait for 40 minutes for 20 nugz and a frosty when I went around he threw them into my car. I didn’t end up getting that frosty. I had time to call the cops but I just went over to Mikey Ds and got my food. If you got anger issues don’t work in fast food dude

We ordered after a long day of coming out of work and honestly lady in red hair in a instant with a attitude second thing we ordered and waited about 30 minutes for only 2 burger meals another thing we ordered baconator fries and they were as cold as anything tasted like they been sitting there for the longest stiff fries and I could really go on and on but long story short it’s basically like we went there and begged to buy a meal

Went in to speak with manager at 1:15 about possibly placing a large order for a school honor roll breakfast. Asked the lady at the register if she could check with the manager if they could take a school check. Manager would not come speak with me and instead another rude employee came from the back and said the other lady could've just told me they don't take checks. I clarified that it would be from a school and she said rudely and grammatically incorrect, we don't take NO checks. Shame they don't support local schools.
The cashier has a very disgusting attitude. And she is being rude to every customer, for no apparent reason.

Worst Wendy’s ever they close at 12 but refuse to serve people around 11 and the people who work in there are rude and dirty the whole place needs to either be shut down or need a whole new staff including MANAGERS!! My mom used to work at Wendy's when I was a kid, so it will always hold a special place in my heart. But, this location ain't it. I've gone twice and both times the fries were cold. I don't think I will be going back. I only rated the service as a 3 because they knew their fries had to be sitting there for a while...make some new ones. Why serve cold fries, even if you would've just put them back in the grease for a minute it would've been better than serving cold ones.

Horrible customer service. I ordered through the app, had to wait for over 10 minutes for nuggets, then had to ask about my frostys, then was informed they were out of chocolate, then had to ask about my 3rd frosty because they only brought me 2. I had to show her my digital receipt showing that I did have 3. On top of it all, i get home and the burger meat is burnt and tastes burnt. I would advise everyone to avoid this Wendy's....
