I had stopped in at the Tiger truck stop and walked here.. let me tell you that it's definitely worth the walk.. (they do delivery to the truckstop too) this place is the best cajun place I've ever eaten at other than my buddy's house. The Bayou boil was perfect. Not much to look at, a recycled sea land type container, but good food. Appreciate that the pulled pork is served dry and those who need sauce can get it. Yes, the meat is pink, because it's smoked, not because it isn't done. Parking lot is tiny, so we had to drive past, turn around, then drive past again to a shoulder wide enough to park our motorhome. Worth the extra drive to get good pulled pork and potato salad.
