Quick stop. We got boudin eggrolls, corn nuggets, eggs with bacon, cones with Texas toast. The eggs were super silky. The rolls were interesting ( I never had boudin). I ate them with ketchup. It was a pleasant meal. This place is in a truck stop and had a casino next door.
Really good food if want something different! That was years ago. Today it's a counter service. No waitresses, menu is way smaller and crawfish only on Friday. Food is pricey but good. The alligator sausage was great. Sad the old place isn't what it used to be.
Do NOT trust the pics people have posted of their food and the menu. The only seafood/cajun available is catfish and fried shrimp. No gumbo, no etoufee, no jambalaya, no seafood sampler ? we held off from eating other places on our journey just to eat here and extremely disappointed.
