We love coming to Albasha. The food is always consistently great. Service is great. We make this a location we circle back too regularly when we are craving shawarma and gyro!

Best lamb chops I’ve had in a very long time. Also their fried cheese was amazing, probably the best I’ve ever had. Portion sizes are fantastic. Prices are great, we stopped by about a week ago with our kids but they’re super picky so we didn’t get a chance to try it. So glad we came back, the staff are super friendly and there is something for everyone on the menu.

I go here to Purchase containers of just their Dressing (Garlic) And they NEVER DISAPPOINT!!! 10 Stars if I could rate you that! FANTASTIC!!

There are better options for Mediterranean food in Hammond and surrounding areas, I recommend you go to those instead.

Always excellent food. I always get the Albasha platter. The variety of the platter is nice. Strangely enough, everything was excellent except the main meat (chicken and veal) which both were dry. Still waiting on the landlord to renovate the building. Ceiling tile is almost all missing in the men's room and few are missing in the dining room. Obviously roof has had many leaks. This was an update 1 hour after. This time deal was moist but chicken was still dry. They are slicing it too early in the day and not slicing to order. If they are slicing to older than it is simply overcooked. Tables are also becoming quite worn.

The food and service exceeds itself every visit. It is definitely one of my absolute favorites.

Eggplant moussake was horrible! Not a true moussaka at all! I called to complain end all tge girl said was im sorry! Ill never ever go there again!!! Bad bad food! This isnt the first time with bad food. I thought I would give them another try but never again!
