They’re usually pretty good, but not consistent enough. Also, it doesn’t seem to matter whether I tell the app I’ll pick up in 10 or 30 minutes — as soon as I place the order, they start making it. So sometimes the food isn’t warm by the time I arrive.

Watched an employee sneeze into his elbow and wipe his nose all the way down to his wrist, then proceeded to continue handling food without washing his hands. The food is good though.

I visited Chipotle today while in town, craving a steak burrito bowl, but was pretty disappointed with the experience. They were out of steak, brown rice, and pico – three of my go-to ingredients. I ended up settling for chicken instead. To top it off, the girl at checkout didn’t say hi, thank you, or even smile. The whole experience felt unwelcoming, and I left wishing I had gone somewhere else. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for while visiting from out of town.
