I visited Chipotle today while in town, craving a steak burrito bowl, but was pretty disappointed with the experience. They were out of steak, brown rice, and pico – three of my go-to ingredients. I ended up settling for chicken instead. To top it off, the girl at checkout didn’t say hi, thank you, or even smile. The whole experience felt unwelcoming, and I left wishing I had gone somewhere else. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for while visiting from out of town.

Food was good, the place is small and loaded with college kids. The staff was nice. The food containers barely had food in them to make the burritos and I didn't see anyone grilling anymore meat which I found odd. But overall the food was good and staff were friendly.

Placed a mobile order with a beverage purchase. Husband went to pick up order and told the drive thru window he also needed the sweet tea. The guy made him go inside and pay for another tea as he claimed I hadnt ordered one when It is clearly on the sticker on my togo order. I called the store and was told to just come get the tea. No apologies. And no manager to speak with regarding the way this was so rudely handled. Get it together chipotle! If you dont want to be there just...
