They close at 10 pm, we got there at 9:40. They chose to make us wait those 20 minutes then tell us “sorry, unfortunately we are closed”. Then we go past the drive thru window and there were 5 employees standing together laughing and talking. Very upset with this visit.

Manager does not let employees professionally do their jobs and from my experience manager was iattending to another customer. manager has a tendency to disregard his customer in order to be acknowledged by other customers while asking questions to the employee and not letting employees be professional with absolutely no unprofessional questions but looking at the employee looking stressed and bullied is a cause of concern!Undercover boss needed for “FOR EMPLOYEES SAKE OVER ALL NOT BUSINESS”Seriously concerning!!!!!!!!!!!

Went through the drive through during an awful storm, car ahead of me was being so rude to these employees. Even with that, they got my order correct and on time, and even helped me get out of the drive through since the car ahead was refusing to pull up. Food is also good but the employees were just so nice.

I've enjoyed DQ burgers off and on for a few decades and they do not disappoint after all these years. Clean place with expected atmosphere. Nice and predictable. 9 out of 10 on service. Friendly, quick, knowledgeable, and customer-oriented. I highly value companies whose employees love working there and I've seen it in a few fast food places so I know it's possible. Great employees at this place. Help them absolutely love to be there.Parking: Very clean lot. Attractive building footprint and street appeal and nice gazebo.

Customer service was excellent! I wanted a blizzard with chocolate pieces instead of M&Ms (due to an allergy), even though it wasn't on the menu. I went in fully expecting them to say "sorry we can't do that" and that would've been fine, I could have ordered something else. But one guy, who I assume was the manager, was like "anything is possible" and was totally happy to make it for me! They even made a point to come over and make sure I was happy with it after I'd gotten it- and of course it was delicious. Very glad we stopped here.Dietary restrictions: They were extremely accommodating of my dye allergy!
