Stopped by tonight for a quick dinner on the way home. I was asked to pull forward to wait for my food, which is no problem. After about 2 to 3 minutes, Gergard, the GM, Came out to explain to me what was taking so long, which I respected greatly, the reason for the wait and him coming out to tell me. Because of the wait, he offered to make up for my order which was greatly appreciated, and I accept the offer. At fast food establishments, it’s very Rare to come across customer...

If you just so happen to have a craving for some DQ, you have GOT to go to the one in Hammond and see Gerard T.!! Hands down the best DQ we have been to!!
He was super welcoming and made us feel so at home!! Even though they were short staffed, his service (while training a newbie mind you) was superb! It's hard to get that kind of service and atmosphere in any fast food place, but he pulled it off!!
