The food at First Crab is great. Typically, I don't pass up a chance to eat there and my kids love it. A little on the pricy side, but hey, that's seafood. I've been in quite a few times. The staff is always friendly, although always seemingly understaffed. The last couple times we were seated and didn't see a waiter or waitress for 10+ minutes. That's the only complaint I have about the place.

My first time at Fiery Crab, and I was pleasantly surprised! Our server Christopher was attentive with a positive attitude, while taking care of five other tables. The presentation of steamed orders is fun and unique, the shrimp basket that I ordered was a great value and good, and I loved the thought of the trash bucket for the table to keep our eating area clean.

Everytime I place an online order and go pick it up, they press me about who I'm picking up for. They said a lot of DoorDash orders are being stolen. That ain't my problem. I feel, to be more professional, they should ask if the order is online or DoorDash first before giving me attitude, or accusing me. I wasn't greeted either, just stared at by 4 employees.
I am a truck driver, and had to Uber eats the food. So I can't speak on the service or atmosphere. But the food was great and plentiful. I ordered the crawfish and rice. And it was great

Tiffany managed seating and incoming patrons flawlessly, in one of their busiest time of days. Nevermind how welcoming she was to everyone who walked through the door during my time here.

We ordered the jumbo shrimp basket, gumbo, a kids shrimp basket, and beignets. Fresh, flavorful, and more than filling/satiating.

Went there twice first time was not good at all. But the second time was great got my appetizer before my food, which was amazing. Thanks to Chris, my waiter. Last time I went, I ordered an appetizer. Never got it. Food came out before the appetizer. Had to cancel the appetizer. My waitress was rude and slow. But if you go, please ask for Chris. He is amazing. After my first time I wasn't sure if I would be back. But me and my kids decided to give them another try. We have been to several firey crab from Gonzales to matterie. And we enjoyed them all. We will go back and ask for Chris he is so amazing.
