Placed an online order to be picked up at 6:20, I was running behind and called at 6:30 to see if my order was ready and was told it was never even confirmed. So I proceeded to waiting another 20 minutes for my pizza that looked like it was very hastily put together and my breadsticks that were so hard that if i had enough of them i could have used them to brick my house.
While I was waiting it seemed the kitchen staff was more concerned with playing loud music that did not seem restaurant appropriate and dancing around instead of making my food.
When placing an online order you do not expect to have to wait for them to make your food after placing the order well over an hour in advance..

We went there after my birthday escape room, and enjoyed a relaxed environment with great food and service. Our server was fast and professional, even when he was the only server. Our food was delicious and hot.

My favorite pizza! This place has great food at a reasonable price
Ordered an XL pizza for me and my family and what i got wasn't an XL at all and it looked like it was thrown at the wall before being put in the box. Also it was barely cut at all. Didnt even eat it in the condition it was in. We live 30 min away didn't notice till we got home. Stay away from the hammond Location. Mandeville location has been much better in my experience

We are new to this area and where we live, Pizza Hut delivery is not an option… which led us to find Isabella’s who DOES deliver through DoorDash! Haven’t been to the restaurant in person but since moving here we have had pizza delivered 3 times already and it is SOOOO good! So far we have just gotten our “go to” pepperoni pizza, and it really hits the spot!! So glad to have found this great pizza place!!

The staff that work there are super friendly. But the food is hit or miss. The salads are good and nicely sized and the pasta is pretty good too. Their pizzas are okay, but they do not put a lot of toppings on them.

The service was horrible food was cold and it took forever. Manager was dismissive and told me my food wasn't ready and literally a second later brought it out and it was cold. This was after half my order was brought out and it took 20 mins for the rest which by the way was duplicate order. We brought our food home and heated it,turns out it tastes pretty good. In the kitchen I saw thru the open window food not put away, one of the kitchen help texting while wearing gloves and then preparing food.Needless to say we won't be back. We are a family of 5 and my bill was quite large even after the 20 percent off for the second pizza that apparently no one in staff knew about even though it was written on the board when you walk in.
