I have been to this pjs on multiple occasions the last few weeks and I have been served a liquid granita or the machine just isn’t working. After a few weeks, I would think the machine would be fixed. Hope y’all can get this sorted out.
After being my favorite location for years, this location has plummeted in quality in the past 6-12 months. I tried to get them yet another try today. I ordered an Iced Mocha. When I got to the window, she said an Iced Mocha Latte. I said no, just an Iced Mocha. When I got to my destination, I tool my first sip and a huge gritty clump of powder is what came up my straw. Ever since their past manager has left, their coffee has been terrible. I get a simple iced vanilla latte yet it seems to consist of nothing but milk. When asked to have it remade because it’s 95% milk I get told “I’ll remake it but next time it will be an up charge next time for an extra shot”. I explained I’m not asking for an extra shot I’m asking for it to be made correctly because I get coffee everyday at other pj’s and it does not taste like that. After having...read full review
