Snow Bro's Snowballs

I didn’t even get a snow ball just ice cream with syrup on top of it for 7$ and both the girls working there were so rude, never again.

This place is rude and do not care about customer service. I placed an order, the guy at the window who took my order read it back to me which is what I ordered. I paid for my order and waited for my order. When I got my order back it was not what I ordered. I informed him that it was incorrect. He told me that I would have to pay for another order to get it corrected. I asked for the manager well I was already speaking with the manager. He argued with me about what I ordered I told him that they made a mistake. Can I get a refund He told me NO and slammed the window in my face and came out to threaten me with the police. Please don't go here and spend your hard earned money, they do not care about their customers, only taking your money. I have seen a few other bad reviews on this place before I began mine and other ppl believe they are racist. Maybe, maybe not but they are definitely rude and just care about taking your money and not working with their customers. This place needs to be shut down!

I like these snowballs ALOT… and the guy taking my order was very sweet. But when I got to the window there was a misunderstanding about what I ordered! I received my order after paying and that’s when I realized it was not what I wanted at all.. told the lady and she refused to take the snowball back and fix it or issue a refund. I left the snowball on their counter and left the premises. I will not be going back because they basically got a free $5.40 plus $1 tip and that’s not right…

I'm usually not one to complain about a snowball but I was really really wanting to try this particular snowball stand because it's fairly close to my house. After a long hot shopping trip to Walmart, I decided to try their red raspberry snowball. I was very, very disappointed. Very little raspberry flavor. It tastes more like raspberry flavored water with ice. The young man who serve me was very nice and very respectful.

Well, here we are. Today is June 24, 2024 and somehow when customers state their public opinion about their horrible experiences on Facebook they got blocked but we’re thankful for Google. My hope is that the management team and their staff would considers the issues that paying customers have expressed and create a plan to address and revise policy/protocol moving forward. I’m disappointed but also hopeful that the blatant disregard and lack of respect for certain customers will turn positive. If you need any assistance, I know a great consultant that provides exceptional staff trainings.

Employees called the police on a young girl because they messed up her snowball instead of fixing it. Very ridiculous

This place is clearly RACIST . They take people money , mess up the order and then refuse to remake or refund . And they love weaponizing the police when they are clearly the problem . Stop spending your money here , it’s not worth . The snowballs aren’t good , stale chips , I could go on and on .
