Snowballs are good, so are the prices, but what I really love is their late hours of operation. They’re open until 8pm everyday (I think it’s everyday, anyway).

Who doesn't like snoballs! This place is open a lot and has longer hrs than most. If there is a line, it moves pretty good. Not my favorite snoball stand, but well worth 4 stars.

I watched them argue with a 8 month pregnant black woman about .50 after they took her order incorrectly. They didn't give her money back, and neither did they remake her snoball...myself and my children had to witness this and it was very disturbing and came across as quite racist. Very unprofessional behavior from the owner and crew.

We were not real happy with our snowballs ? We ordered at strawberry cheese cake and a chocolate snowball. My strawberry cheese cake was just strawberry. I even had them remake it and they made the EXACT same way as the 1st. I threw it away. My friends barely had any chocolate and was not great either. She ate about 1/4 of it and threw hera away too. Really disappointed

We ordered 4 snoballs and 3 ice creams (2 in a cup and one in a cone). We specified with the lady taking the order that we wanted vanilla ice cream. When we got to the window and paid, they handed us ice cream flavored snoballs instead of soft serve ice cream. They refused to fix it. They said they don't give refunds (even though we never asked for one) and that it was our fault.
