Just had a very unpleasant experience with Nate. Incredibly rude.

I accidentally ordered my drink too early through the app, but when I called the store, they were super helpful and adjusted the time for me with no problem. When I arrived, my drink was freshly made, and my danish was warm, and ready to go — they hadn’t put it out yet, which I really appreciated. What really impressed me was that the barista remembered my name, even though I don’t come to this location often. Great customer service all around! I don’t make it to this area much, but I’ll definitely be back when I do. Highly recommend this Starbucks!

Daughter went in to use the restroom before going through the drive thru. and was told she had to purchase something first before being able to use the restroom.

I made a mobile order with 1 coffee. It waant ready when I got there, so they asked me to circle the building and it'll be done. When I made the circle, they tried to give me someone else's order. I said no to that order twice. I gave them my name, again, and the poor man didnt know anything about my order. One of the other people said she would bring it out to me. after everyone else was served, my order was finally brought out. And my cup is covered in sticky syrup.

Stopped in when they were getting a 5:00pm rush, had to wait on my order. But I understand, they were doing the best they could!

Service is always great....but for almost 8 dollars for this matcha.
Definitely could have been blended better and filled a little more.
I don't expect it to be over flowing but why so much foam? 😕
I'm going back to 7 Brew 😅

I ordered ahead on the app for the drive thru, to save time, I spent 15 minutes in the drivethru just for them to give my drink to another person & waste another 5 minutes of my time. & they didn’t warn my croissant. Service here is trash

Unfortunately, this will be my last visit to this location for a while. I ordered a vanilla sweet cream COLD BREW, this just tastes like Vanilla sweet cream. Where is the coffee?? So disappointing because I’ve been going to this location for about 6 years and the service is typically great but the last 3-5 visits I get barely any coffee and so much milk/sweet cream/syrup. I tried another location while visiting Dallas recently and the recipe actually tasted like coffee so I’m not sure what has been up at this location.
