I live on the Northshore but I work in the Hammond area now and I’ve been looking for a nice smoothie spot. This is the one. Didn’t know they could serve to the public bc the bar is inside the Spoga facility. The ladies were so nice and pleasant and made my smoothies with love. My new favorite juice bar. I wish we had them on the Northshore.

Jeff, Julie and staff hit it out of the park with healthy smoothies, snacks, sandwiches and salads! I highly recommend The Power Bar Cafe!

The gym is lovely. I have been to big gyms, but the staff at this one makes it next level. They are so friendly and personable.

We love SPOGA !!! The owners are amazing faith based people , who really care about your goals!! All instructors, staff, and day care providers are so welcoming and really love their jobs. I am impressed with the overall genuine , positive , and encouraging vibe of the gym . This gym is inspiring and not intimidating like some others I've visited!!!
