I always enjoy eating at Desi Vega’s. The burgers are outstanding. Their onion rings are amazing. They are very thin and crispy. I like to order their chipotle aioli to dip them in. I have had both their spinach salad and their chef salad. Both are amazing. The spinach salad is served with a warm shallot bacon vinaigrette. So yummy! When I order the chef salad, I order the warm bacon vinaigrette and the Italian dressing and use them together. Their Italian dressing is SO delicious...
I've only been there once. The service and food are fantastic! I would recommend Desi Vega's to anyone looking for a great burger! The atmosphere is that of a sports bar. I haven't tried any of their specialty adult shakes, but from just the description on the menu, they sound fabulous!
Had been wanting to check out this spot for sometime and finally had an opportunity on a Friday afternoon about 1:30. Prior to my arrival, place was packed and the lunch crowd was waning down. Opted to keep it simple and went with a classic burger and onion rings. The burger was average, not bad, but also not as good as I was expecting from a Desi Vega location. Patty was a good size ( a true 8 oz) but left me wanting more in terms of flavor as well as quality of the ingredients...
