A tradition to get supper upon arrival whenever I visit New Orleans. The ribs are just that good and typically it's hard to choose which ones so each of us get a different style (Dry, Wet and Thai) and we have some of each.
The Thai ribs, grits and spinach salad with pepper jelly vinaigrette are my favorites. You really can't go wrong because any protein from Zea's will melt in your mouth. The rotisserie chicken seems to be most popular. The Mediterranean hummus is a perfect appetizer. My office frequently uses them for catering lunch meetings and office parties and everyone has always praised the food. Ordered on the website and used their curbside pickup. Very easy. Our burgers were cooked perfectly. My daughter likes hers well done and it was cooked through without severely charring the outside. The balsamic salmon and all the sides were also perfect. It’s a little pricey but worth it to get good ingredients and food prepared, cooked and garnished as requested.
