La Cocina de Karla #2 Jefferson Hwy

This is my second time ordering from this place. The first time I ordered the Cuban sandwich and it was missing the roasted pork and pickles. I called back and let them know and the manager on duty told me that next time my order would be perfect. I just went back today and ordered the three pupusas. They have three different menus showing three different prices posted to clearly read in the restaurant. I was overcharged and when I brought it to the attention of a cashier they just said oh the manager needs to change it no one there seems to understand that when you have a clearly posted price and you charge more than that it is stealing! I would leave zero stars if possible.

Absolutely extremely upset!!!!! Why don’t you have the correct hours for your business!?! The website says you are open today so I placed an order for pickup. I arrived to the location to pick up my order just to find out the restaurant is currently closed. Normally this would not be an issue with me, but seeing how I put my debit card information in and was CHARGED $24.00 dollars and now I have to wait 3 to 5 days for the money to go back to my card. Please I’m very unhappy!

First time, definitely won't be the last. I tried the Mexican beef tacos and the empanadas (beef and chicken).Also got two bean and cheese pupusas. Made to order and fresh.

Stopped in to get lunch, Stephen & I just loved it! Pupusas were good as was the liver dinner, but the empanadas were off the hook! So good we couldn’t wait and ate them right the in the parking lot, lol! Also important, every one was wearing masks, keeping distance, staff and customers, thank you so much for that.

I loved it!!! Tengo casi 4 meses de haver probado la comida de este lugar y hoy soy su clienta número uno. La verdad lo súper recomiendo les a gradezco porque me sacan de apuro tengo dos niños pequeños y cuando no me queda tiempo de preparar la comida me doy una pasadita por la cocina de Karla y listo . Cocinan bien y todo muy fresco y sin contar lo amables que son todos ahí y el señor hasta viene a mi casa a dejar mi comida. Dios les bendiga y prospere ese negocio. Cual ideal y que ocho cuartos la cocina de Karla siempre comida fresca y variada lo mejor de Kenner sin duda.
