“The food was delicious and the portions were full without feeling excessive. Both my daughter and I loved our soup (the kuro and the spicy soup) and drinks, but weren't in love with the mochi. Really we'd give it a 4.5/5 but that wasn't an option!“

“I heard great things about Union before going, and they did not disappoint. I’ve been twice now and they have blow it out of the water on both occasions.
My favorite dishes so far are the crawfish and shrimp lumpia and the watermelon and pork belly. The shishito peppers are super yummy too! I never had Musubi before. I wasn’t in love but it was good. The Ramen was excellent. And huge portions. I don’t think I could eat much other than that if I was by myself.
Do not sleep on the spot. And do not skip the small plates.
Update: it’s been a few years and Union Ramen still hits!“

“The pork belly was delicious and so was the snowcrab salad! The sushi was super fresh and I was amazed at the prices. There were so many things on the menu that I wanted to try! The staff was great and the chef came out to check on us with each dish we ordered! I can’t wait to go back! (Plus it’s just up the street from me!)“

“I love this place! Got tonkotsu ramen for my son and spicy for myself. Hadn’t found potato croquettes since New York so I was happy to see them. The owner is very nice. Everything was so delicious with great depth of flavor. The godzilla is cool.“

“Absolutely delicious! The staff was very polite and attentive. The menu was very easy to understand and very clear of the customizations you can make to each ramen type. I like that you can add in extra toppings for your ramen and the prices to do so are clearly listed. I like that they also offer plain ramen for the more tame diners. Best ramen restaurant I've ever had! We will definitely be back!!“
