I ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen. The broth was outstanding! The entire dish was delicious. The pork was very tender, however I wish there had been a bit more ?. I'll definitely keep this place on regular rotation.
I had a great time at Nomiya! I got the pork tonkotsu ramen with seaweed and fish cakes added, and it was delicious! The sweet braised pork was tender and perfectly seasoned, and the broth was rich and delicious. It was the perfect warm meal for a rainy day, and definitely worth the drive though the flash-flooded streets afterwards.
