This morning at 8:45am I came into this smoothie king. A women was the only person working at this time and she greeting me by saying. We only have 6 smoothies due to the water advisory and started to name those smoothies really fast. I barely heard what she said. Following that she refused to repeat the list again so I chose the first smoothie she yelled out which was angel food. I asked her if she could use almond milk instead of regular milk. She said "we out of it". Then I asked for regular strawberries, so said "we only have the soaked strawberries". Next I questioned her about why were y'all out of everything, and I asked to speak to a manger. She says "I am the manager, and you can leave". This is the worst smoothie king I've ever been too and won't be young back.

It’s simple if you don’t wanna do the work then don’t work there. I guess that’s what you get when you hire kids that live off of daddy’s money just like the owners.

The drive-through wait times at this Smoothie King location are absolutely ridiculous. This is definitely something management should take note of. It has happened to me on every single visit here. Last week, it took nearly 30 minutes to get my smoothie through the window and there were only 2 vehicles ahead of me!

Not good location. Will not go back. No problem driving somewhere else, maybe in turn I'll choose a different business. Canes box combo 1,300 calories for 12 dollars, smoothie king high protein banana 670 calories only 50g protein for 12 dollars. Inflated prices for worse service. The dollar amount per macro nutrient is actually disgusting for the service. Also when I order 40oz I want all of it even if it doesn't fit in the cup. I'm paying you for the ingredients you use. It's not my fault your recipes require more than what is sold.

First... I don't know why the green check goes food & service auto checks, because it was FAR from either. Also, it won't allow me to uncheck them. .Whew!! Yes!!!! This review is ABSOLUTELY necessary... If I could rate ZERO stars, I would have. As with 99% of the other comments I just read... the WORSE S.K. I've EVER - in my existence of being in this universe!!! I've traveled all over and I frequent NOLA for business travel. I've always tolerated this located, because it was always in my route passing for meetings. Buuuutttt on 25th July, it finally put the nail in the coffin for me. ((hard, long, aggressive exhale)).Ok, so I always get plant based smoothies.... I visit S.K.'s so much I'm at "champion" level. Ha! Ok, so yes, they are ALLLLLLLWAYS slow and go through employees like a bad pair of sneakers. I'm always laid back, but my patience is NOT for those who think they are above others! Especially when you make your own self look ridiculous! .Waited in line for @ 10-12 mins before getting to the ordering screen... no problem. Pull up go order and I get my usual... "Plant-based pineapple spinach".... The guy responds with - "A what??! What kind of smoothie?" I repeats - 'plant based pineapple spinach'. He come again and say .."we don't have that! What's the naaaaamme of it?" I then state ... "Pineapple spinach - plant based... you're unsure what you have on your menu? Yes. That IS the name of it, did you change the name? Clearly that's the name of it. I order all the time." He pops off and say - "Ohhh no, you aren't going to talk to me like that! Good bye! Byeeee!" I was shocked, like - WTH!! Why is he pissed because he don't know the menu? So,I sit there... 3 mins - I made up in my mind THEN... I'm NOT MOVING! He comes back on the speaker "What are you having?"I say the SAME THING - Plant-based pineapple spinach. He responds .... "Pull around!" I get to the windows and he's telling me no such thing, that's not the name... but they have a vegan smoothie. I look at him like - ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! Even if someone tell you a "vegan" smoothie - your next question will be, which one correct?? Correct?? No smoothie is name "vegan" itself... it's pineapple spinach. He then walks off and a lady come to the window and ask - "How can I help you?" I ask her is she a manager(pictured with her back turned - she's behind the RUDE guy). She states yes. At this point I'm ticked.... I tell her how RUDE her employee was and did they NOT -according to their menu board- have a plant based pineapple spinach - I order it all the time. She said it's called a vegan but let me look... ‍. I say, you still will need to know what kind??!! She then say - We don't have time for lectures, I'm trying to help with your order. Well excuse the sh*t out of me. At that point I seen WHY the store is poorly ran, and can't keep employees!!! The managers attitude SUCKS too! I say again, can I please order my smoothie - I have somewhere to be, and have already messaged around too long on a simple order... I proceeded with ordering and substituting juice bases and blends... the manager then say.... You might should have gotten another smoothie with some many substitutes. I was take. aback, and said - WHAT!!?? Seriously. They need new employees/managers and all... I'm faCT - JUST SHUT THE WHOLE ESTABLISHMENT! Wow' just wow! .I tell you this.... I'd NEVA, eeeeeeverrrrr go back to that location!! EVA!!! .Please save your copy and paste reply of...."I'm sorry for your experience. We value your feedback. Email us with your concerns? Blah, blah..." terrible!!! Just terrible!!!! ((Eye rolls)).As a business owner - THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS! Certainly, not how you ALLOW YOUR EMPLOYEES TO HAVE TERRIBLE ATTITUDES, AND NOT HOW YOU MANAGE AN ESTABLISHMENT.

We waited in line for close to 25 minutes. Had to wait until we got to the window to order. Once we ordered my husband asked if they have military discount. They said. This is the FIRST smoothie king we have ever been to that said no. We won't be coming back to this location that is for sure.

Waited in line for 20-30 minutes. Finally got to the speaker, and no one spoke to ask to wait. After waiting an additional 5 minutes, i drove to the front and went in. To my surprise there's at least 5 workers. I'm not sure why it took to long.

I go to smoothie king often. Probably at least 3 times a week. This is literally the worst smoothie king of all time. They are slow unorganized. Something needs to happen. New management. Better training. I typically don't leave bad reviews but this one is constantly horrible.

I have been in here several times because it's conveniently close to my work. But every time I'm in here it is the slowest service and most disrespectful staff I have encountered honestly anywhere. These people do not care which does not surprise me. This experience was the last straw for me. I was in line, keep in mind, there are more employees in this building than customers, and an African American lady is in front of me ordering. After her, the African American employee who appears to be in charge tells the register employee to stop taking orders just as I'm about to order. There was only one vehicle in drive through. It took over 12 minutes to get one single smoothie while the customers were outnumbered by employees. 5 people working couldn't get it done even after cutting off orders. I could not help but feel discriminated against in my better judgment. I certainly hope these are not the sort of people that smoothie king wishes to run their stores.
