This morning at 8:45am I came into this smoothie king. A women was the only person working at this time and she greeting me by saying. We only have 6 smoothies due to the water advisory and started to name those smoothies really fast. I barely heard what she said. I went inside to get a smoothie and had to wait 20 minutes for three ingredients to get tossed into a blender on top of having but only one person in the drive through. Surprisingly my smoothie was still watery and tasted like soap. Anyway I quit coming through the drive through bc “the system is down” all the damn time. The drive-through wait times at this Smoothie King location are absolutely ridiculous. This is definitely something management should take note of. It has happened to me on every single visit here. Last week, it took nearly 30 minutes to get my smoothie through the window and there were only 2 vehicles ahead of me!
