I only come here since it’s close to the house, but I have to say customer service is going down. 1/19/2024 the girl working the drive thru line in the morning outside has always had an attitude every time I see her. The other girl who worked the window needs to be retrained. They’re some good employees, but also remember the faces that aren’t ever welcoming.

The people who work at this location are always friendly. My order is always delicious nomatter who makes it. Some of them really go above and beyond. I can't speak for all, but like I said, I have never had a problem.On this visit, I ordered the Peppermint White Chocolate Mocha with cold foam instead of whip cream. I wanted the peppermint cold foam, but they said they didn't have an ingredient that made that cold foam, and she offered something else, but I just took regular cold foam. I also tried the Grill cheese for the first time, and it was good. I dont think it was heated all the way, or I just missed it when it was put down because I was talking to the lady about my drink and my free holiday cup. Will I get it again? Yes, I will because I want to be able to give it a go or no go from my perspective. By the way, it was recommended by another customer, and let's just say she made me buy it. ? I want to say thank you to her whoever she is because I never knew they had a grill cheese, and I wasn't supposed to be getting any of that that day. I already had a smoothie for breakfast. ?So let me explain the grill cheese. By the time I got my drink and made it to the parking lot and in my car, the bread was kind tough and hard, and the cheese definitely wasn't gooey. It was still delicious and edible. I didn't think about bringing it back, which I should have to ask them if it was supposed to be like it was, but I didn't. So, before I order it again, I will definitely ask first, and if it wasn't supposed to be like that, then I will order again and put another review on here. Sorry, I dont have any pictures of anything I ordered.Parking: The design and location of this starbucks make parking a really bad situation, but it dosent stop the customers unless you are in a hurry or just having one of those days you dont feel like dealing with it.

I love going to Starbucks cause the customer service is usually amazing, however this particular experience was subpar. The barista, Ashleye, had an unkind tone the entire time and was impatient. We asked for our drink iced but she was going a little fast and did not hear it. Thankfully she was able to remake our drink and make the moment right for us, but I didn’t like her tone.

I go to this location almost every day because it's the one I can walk to but they NEED to hire either more people or better ones because they are always acting like it's the end of the world. They're scrambling. Some of them seem to be lovely people who don't deserve this unnecessary pressure. I may actually use this as my essay to get into supply chain phd programs. There's enough to analyze there.

The staff are always so friendly here! My drink is made pretty good here but there could not be more friendly employees. They are always so patient and try their best to be speedy. This location at night and Houma blvd in the morning are by far the best in the NOLA area.

Coffee, as always DELICIOUS.. Lemon cake also. However the server seemed to have a nasty attitude. I asked for the cake to remain in the wrapper, and she was handing me one open. She threw the cake on the window seal and walked away. She was throwing things in the back and then had an attitude because she rang me up incorrectly. This is the first time I ever had this experience at any Starbucks. Horrible.
