I love going to Starbucks cause the customer service is usually amazing, however this particular experience was subpar. The barista, Ashleye, had an unkind tone the entire time and was impatient. We asked for our drink iced but she was going a little fast and did not hear it. Thankfully she was able to remake our drink and make the moment right for us, but I didn’t like her tone.

I only come here since it’s close to the house, but I have to say customer service is going down. 1/19/2024 the girl working the drive thru line in the morning outside has always had an attitude every time I see her. The other girl who worked the window needs to be retrained. They’re some good employees, but also remember the faces that aren’t ever welcoming.
