IHOP is a restaurant that requires some upgrades. The atmosphere can be dingy, with a bullet hole in one of the windows. The air conditioning wasn't working properly, and the entrance door leaked oil when closing. However, the server was friendly and did her best to serve the guests quickly. The manager was also attentive, personally preparing breakfast and coffee for a few customers. Despite its issues, IHOP has potential and could improve with some TLC.
