Customer Service is really good. I was helped by a younger women at the register, very nice. I ordered a seafood spud and though it looked good the food didn't taste as good. The spud was missing flavor. My spud has crawfish, shrimp and crab and it was still bland. Also the shrimp is frozen cooked pink shrimp. Maybe if the ingredients were fresher it would be better. The food was good, the service was awesome & the atmosphere was nice. My aunt wanted something different, so as we were riding down Manhattan, I remembered my siblings & I had gone there about 3 years ago. My aunt was happy with the choice. We dined in & enjoyed the experience.Vegetarian options: If you prefer vegetarian options, you won't be disappointed.

Lillian made everything 10X better! she is so kind, attentive, patient, thorough, etc. She was incredibly welcoming and even brought our to go food right out to us. They were pretty busy and they got our food out at LIGHTSPEED rate and it was all hot and perfect! but the BEST part was Lillian!! She definitely is AMAZING at her job!
