The customer service is not the best at this location, I like the one in metairie a lot better. the food line w/the toppings (i.e., corn, guacamole, onions, etc) wasn't clean. the food was as what I expected, I just wouldn't suggest this location.

Delicious food, but customer service is trash. Went to go check out someone else’s order was up, I went to pay because I didn’t think anything of it then got told as soon as I paid it was for someone else. I assumed they’d fix it before it went through I was I was wrong, I said “oh the transaction went through” a girl with ginger hair said “I know” with a really bad attitude. I didn’t mean to be rude but it could’ve been handled way better. No apologies or anything. Just a very ugly attitude as if she didn’t want to work there.

Ordered a regular burrito and it ended up being about half the size it normally is so I mentioned it to the staff. I was told that the size was correct which I know can’t be true since I’ve had them many times. See photo for comparison. Still hungry. Also, this location is unbearably cold most of the time.

Quick Review for a Quick BiteI mean I get it SUPER BURRITO doesn't always translate to SUPER FLAVOR....LOADED WITH FILLER RICE ......BEANS....and oh curse Juicy chicken meat and the Smoky sweet FLAVOR OF ROASTED CORN ARE DROWNED BY THE FILLERHonestly no complaints BESIDES SOME BOLD FLAVORS TO STICK OUT IN THE "SUPER" BURRITO.I Give this BURRITO ? a 3.5
This place has gone to crap which is sad. I used to love me some Izzy's. The last few times I have been there they are always out of something! I was craving a steak burrito but of course they were out of steak. Not sure why no was grilling steak. It wasn't close to closing time. It was 6pm. It looked like they didn't even want people to eat there. Have the tables had the chairs flipped up on them. I guess the employees were ready to leave! Needless to say I didn't order anything. I just walked out. I think there management needs to do a better job!

Wow! I placed an order through Uber eats around 6-7 and I just want to say whoever was on the line for tonight Nov 3rd they did AMAZING!! & was so friendly when I called! Good job yall it’s AMAZING & super fresh!

do not sleep on them, i tried it once and was hooked. ive never had chipotle before but this is probably better than chipotle. so much good food for a pretty cheap price, it's like $8 per "regular" sized burrito but they pack it full.

I'm really not sure why workers are allowed to wear airpods when the music is already pretty loud. No wonder I was asked what I was saying over and over. This man was very slow. The slowest ever. I had to ask about chips and queso and for a drink!!!! Those are questions that need to be asked. Then proceeds to take 5minutes to put a scoop of queso in a cup and chips in a bag. This was horrible service and I honestly should not have given my usual percentage of tip. The line was almost out the door by the time I walked out. This man was giving no effort into making it a speedy process. I'm sorry it's truthfully not that hard. There was one person in there busting her a$s the entire time. That's what we need!! And I feel so bad for her... I truthfully believe this man needs more training. Props to the one girl, she was awesome. My experience took about 30 minutes also

Every time we place an Ubereats order something is always missing!! Makes the whole order ugh as the part that’s missing is what makes the order. Like why would I order queso without chips? Or nachos without queso? So annoying ?
