I loved that the bar was non-smoking and I appreciated the hygiene items in the women's restroom. It reminded me of another westbank bar, Bad Wolf. I'm glad to see more places taking their cue and following suit!
Bar room has pool tables. I saw people smoking but, I didn't smell any! Then if you go outside. You will see the very Friendly lady. She will say hi and serve you something on the grill or the fryer. If your real lucky She may have made a home cooked meal or even her famous HOT Tamales! They even have places to sit down and eat with a TV.
Tournament at Landing Lounge 10-28-17 (EVERY STATURDAY at 8:00 pm) had a nice turn-out of over 30 something players with Calcutta. I won a couple of matches then dogged two matches in a row. If you play poorly, you can't win this event. If you play well, you still have to have some good luck. Oh well..........By that time Joe Jr and DocJamie had bid their adieu as well and we headed home. As usual, Tim kept the tournament moving along smoothly. Good players at this event...
