Chicken salad was wonderful as was the potato salad wonderful! And the Romaine lettuce so fresh they could have just picked it. Poor boy bread soft and delicious! Nice job y’all!

The Point Restaurant & Bar is a poboy shop on the West Bank of New Orleans. It is only open for lunch Monday through Friday, and the food sells quickly. The restaurant serves all of the New Orleans favorites in a great atmosphere right by the Mississippi River. The food is fresh, delicious, and great, with great prices. Specific highlights include the poboy sandwiches, the gumbo, the chicken salad, the potato salad, and the chicken fried steak with gravy and mashed potatoes. The roast beef sandwich is also noted. The restaurant is very clean, with quick and lovely service. It is friendly and easy to stop in to eat or get it togo, and is definitely worth a try.
