Customer service was awesome. Travis the manager was professional and accommodating during our set up. and the Venue is breathtaking!
We had our 50th wedding anniversary celebration at the Royal Palm with about 150 guests. Everything was absolutely perfect. The manager, Chip, was very helpful. Our event manager, Travis, was very attentive and saw to our every request. The entire staff was friendly, personable, and helpful. The food was delicious. Not one complaint from any of our guests. The Royal Palm is a hidden gem on the Westbank.
