Ordered my coffee through the app. Checked in. I was the only one there. Other people started showing up. They got their stuff and left. I’m Still There. The order screen went from “in the kitchen” to the “start your order” screen. I pressed the button….. waited…..& then someone answered, asking what I’d like to order.
Seriously?!?!?! I checked in at 7:10. I didn’t receive my order until FIFTEEN minutes later 😡
What the heck, Sonic?!?!
actually don't burn the food, make sure you have all the food in the bag, and hire new management. my family sat there for 1 hour and still no management to talk to....
