I placed my order through the app and according to the app my order was ready but once I arrived at the store my food wasn't ready and I waited over 20 minutes to get my order.. the only reason I wait was because I paid through the app. This is the 2nd time this has happened.

Came in Wednesday December 6th @ 2pm. There is a lady that has waited on me several times, I come in about once a week. I must have come in just when it was time for her break bc you could see it in the skoul on her face. I was especially friendly bc I want to see what it will take to get her to be human. No luck. If this were my business I'd find someone else. She always seems pissed at the world every time I see her. Oh yea, just as I paid for my sandwich someone pulled up at the drive through. She threw down her lunch and phone and loudly hollered @ the young man working with her to get over there a get the driver and walked away. You decide if this is somebody you want to keep.

I stopped in for a sandwich at this location and I have not been to Subway in a while. It was kind of hard for me to find what I wanted because they have renamed all of the sandwiches and there’s not much of a pick and choose anymore. I got my usual Call cut combo and it was absolutely delicious. Apparently I came at the wrong time of day though because they had a ticket with about 15 sandwich orders that was done online and in my opinion, those people should wait until the people that are in the store get their sandwiches first.
