“One of the most enjoyable aspects of dining at this all-you-can-eat catfish restaurant is the choice between whole catfish or catfish fillets. Personally, I have a preference for the fillets. This family-friendly restaurant offers excellent service and deserves a four-star rating. You can find it on White Lightning Road, which is located to the east of Homer or to the north of Arcadia, in the direction of Lake Claiborne.”

“Great place to purchase fish filet by the dollar amount. I have never eaten in the restaurant section, but notice that it gets pretty busy. There's a large parking area in which the business is in a good location. It's in a shopping center, but I don't remember seeing anymore businesses open in that center.”

“I stopped in for a sandwich at this location and I have not been to Subway in a while. It was kind of hard for me to find what I wanted because they have renamed all of the sandwiches and there’s not much of a pick and choose anymore. I got my usual Call cut combo and it was absolutely delicious. Apparently I came at the wrong time of day though because they had a ticket with about 15 sandwich orders that was done online and in my opinion, those people should wait until the people that are in the store get their sandwiches first.”

“This is Drive Through ONLY, unless you are a truck driver. You can get someone to serve you because you are unable to drive in the drive-through. Before Covid19, you could go inside to order. WED. seems to be the hottest day of business because the oil is changed on that day ?. The chicken used to be extremely pepper hot but evidently has been changed to be a bit milder for over a year. I personally don't want it that hot. I prefer a Col. Sanders, their original style of chicken, but this is the closest place for chicken in Homer. ? Sadly, we don't have much of a choice for this in our area. Prices have changed too ... but there is a lot of inflation going on that affects everything we buy from A-Z.( I updated-corrected typos in March 2024)”

“I had a double quarter-pounder cheeseburger combo meal that was fresh and delicious -- everything you expect at a fast food restaurant like McDonald's. Service was excellent and fast. Restaurant was clean and well staffed.”

“What a wonderful hidden gem this is. We've lived in the area for 42 years and just learned of this place a couple of weeks ago. Open for breakfast and lunch, this is the real authentic country diner/de facto community center for the Lake Claiborne area. Great country style food, reasonable prices, and a relaxed everybody-knows-everybody atmosphere made for a delightful morning get-away breakfast. Really enjoyed it!”
