“For the first time to eat after having surgery on my throat to remove one of my tonsil and had my gums fixed. I'm so glad they were having beef tips and gravy. That was so good. I ate off of the plate for 2 days. Thank you so much Lady's for the wonderful food.”

“It's quite noisy during lunchtime, of course, employee's aren't very knowledgeable of how business is run or they just simply don't care. The salad bar wasn't stocked properly, cooks don't wear gloves, and they will cash out customers without washing their hands. None of them wear hair nets, including the manager, and he has rather long hair for a man he should at least have it in a neat ponytail instead of out and loose. The salad bar is great when it's stocked properly and clean. The staff needs a bit of work, though they aren't quite up to par regarding cleanliness as they should be.

“I ordered the shrimp platter, was pleasantly surprised that they offered it fried or grilled. I went with the grilled. The cole slaw was ok, but nothing special, the fries were very good and the shrimp was fantastic!. Good size, cooked perfectly, nicely seasoned and grilled with onions and a little greem pepper. If I'm ever in the area again, I will be sure to stop by again!”

“I am an older woman that had a brain aneurysm and I go to subway once a week this week I went today and forgot my change purse on the counter left made the block went back no new customers had came in but when I asked for the change purse they said they didn’t know we know no one went in so an employee took it I understand it was forgotten but have some ethics needless to say my family won’t go back”

“As far as folks that are engaging in this town, owner of cafe latte is a nice gentleman who likes to engage his customers. The fried food such as the shrimp is apparently at the perfect temperature of the grease and time period because it is golden brown camera and not greasy. That means it was snap fried. Also the burgers are great and they're jalapeno bun are the best. Sure some of the folks that have been employee here Tom were sort of rough but we live in the country folks. Still you want to support a conservative business then you come to the right place.”

“Just wanted a Frosty. They are always good. It was not quite as tasty as I remembered. I had seen a few days earlier that they were $1. When I got to stop, they were not on sale. I just used the drive-thru and didn't go in. The lady at the window was super nice.”

“My local DQ I’m just gonna go ahead and throw it out there probably the best hamburger on a consistent basis in town. I don’t give me wrong. There’s places that make a mean burger they are locally owned not a chain. DQ even though it is locally owned is a chain so you gotta count out the mom and pop eateries. Minden DQ has THE BEST service. Those people are always ON POINT when it comes to catering to their customers. I wish the location was closer to me BUT I also wouldn’t want them to move just bc there is a consistently to where it’s at. I could leave for years and come back and the DQ will still be there. Great food. Great service. I wish the restaurant would upgrade but that takes $$$. Keep up the good job.”

“As usual, good service, food was hot and fresh. One note, like all other fast food places, prices for a cheeseburger, fried and drink is ~$20, remember 19 cent griff burgers? Big mac's for $1.99.

“Always stop here on road trips. We now live out of state and this is a must coming back to visit with family. The food is soooo good and the homemade root beer is to die for.”

“I was visiting family after having driven several hours from Dallas. I was starving and Mexican food is my favorite. They told me about this restaurant. We arrived around 5 PM on a Saturday where there were only a handful of people in there. We were seated right away. From the moment we walked in the staff was extremely nice and welcoming. I have never in my life ordered food that has come out as fast as that did and taste so darn good. I got the beef chimichanga with chili sauce. Everyone loved their entrée choices. The menu is very vast with so much to choose from. I’ve only had maybe two margaritas in my life so I don’t typically care for them. But the mango margarita was incredibly good. And very strong. No complaints. This place is a hidden gem to anyone that hasn’t been there. If you’re traveling down, I 20 through Minden, it is worth the detour.

Parking: There is plenty of space for handicap and it’s wheelchair accessible. A b+ or small C class RV would be fine as well in near by parking. I wouldn’t take a large C or A class RV.
