The drink itself was not good. It had all the right ingredients, the bar tender even heated the orange peel to release the oils but the quality of the whisky used was missing something and the taste was way off.

Awesome little distillery. Locally sourced ingredients with top notch drinks and mixers made in house. Definitely a must see place for anyone that enjoys a good drink or just someone looking for a place to kick back.

Our daughter’s wedding was held at Bayou Terrebonne Distillers and we could not have been more satisfied. The staff was amazing to work with and was extremely accommodating. If anyone is looking for a perfect venue for any occasion, do yourself a favor and reach out to them.

Don't be discouraged by the building because it doesn't look like it's open but it is and the inside is beautiful! The staff and owner were all so nice! Their rum and bourbon were amazing and they made some great mixed drinks. If you're driving through it's worth the stop.

Ambiance is awesome. Drink selection is so-so. If you like whiskey its your go to place. Needs more drink selection if they're going to offer live music. Not everyone drinks whiskey, so beer selections would've been nice. We left Illuminate early because of this.

Went Friday to venue. Music was great. Lot of people standing…need more tables and chairs but I understand a lot of folks like to stand at these events. Parking was adequate.The only alcohol they sell with cocktails is the one they make there. I got whiskey sour, good but strong, probably a double shot. No cover to hear venue. Drinks were 10$.

Second bottle of their Contraband moonshine. Credit to the master distiller. This bottle was as smooth as the first, they have their still dialed in and know when cuts need to be made. I highly recommend.
