My only suggestion would be to ask the employees to work on greeting people as they walk in and acknowledge them before calling out their name for their order because I walked in and stood at the pick up counter for about 2-3minutes before they called my name out for my order. There was about 4-5 workers but no one greeted or acknowledged me prior.”

The staff is consistently friendly and attentive, stopping by just the right amount to make sure you have everything you need without ever feeling rushed. The Mardi Gras pressure pack is absolutely delicious. The prices are great, the deals are great, service was great. Absolutely need to come back to try more on the menu. Give them a shot for sure!”

“Every time we order firehouse subs using asap, the order is messed. Today it was the kids drinks were listed as included but weren’t. Last time we ordered the kids cookie was not included. It’s little things but sheesh. The last time I picked up our food from the store, the cashier/ server argued with me that the drinks were in the bag but when I opened the bag, no drinks. Who puts drinks in a bag anyways? The subs are amazing but sheesh”

“Stop by Waffle House 06/16/2024 for quick breakfast while traveling service were very poor receive eggs, hashbrowns and toast no bacon told us we would get it in a few minutes ten minutes later receive bacon no waffles that came with the order finish eating twenty minutes later than waitress bring waffles ask if we wanted to take it home with us and the rest of the bacon could not believe she said that , saying they are working on the problem and the to go order go out faster ,it sound like they have a serious problem need to get rid of all there cooks and hire new ones won't be going there again.”

“I’m so glad I made the decision to pull in and order here! I had the best carhop experience I’ve ever had! La’nae is on top of things. She’s kind, friendly, and even though she was busy, she took the time to chat with me for a moment. She answered my question professionally and personably. She definitely makes the job look easy! (Six cars and DoorDash orders all came in within about 30 minutes, one after the other.) Still, she got my order right and out the fastest I’ve ever gotten my order! And it was SOOOOO GOOD!!!

The atmosphere is great because it is unique, they have kept the original concept and I personally really enjoy thay and appreciate them keeping with this drive in, park, and eat experience. The employees who bring food to my car are always extremely friendly and willing to help with anything. The food also comes out very quick which is great for someone on a lunch break.”

“I’m not a very social person and I have extremely high anxiety. Intracoastal was the very first club I’ve ever been to. They made me feel welcome, safe, and I’ve been having so much fun since I’ve started going. This place is so comforting, accepting, and has a cozy vibe to it. Definitely recommend!”

Customer service was friendly. They have a no tipping policy because they pride themselves on paying their employees well.

There isn't another place in Houma that can tick all the boxes like Chinese Gourmet, especially for the price. Large delicious portions and small delicious prices.”

Just mixing the chocolate bar and banana daquiri isn't the same as actually putting a banana and Hersey's chocolate and mixing the drink properly. The staff were very nice and professional. They did their job, but the product didn't really compete with the competition in the area.”

“After reading all the negative reviews we almost didn't come here. I'm really glad we did . Tons of flavors. We got the s'mores and the Carmel cheese cake. Also got a chocolate and a blueberry muffin 2 cake pops a fruity pebble and a cosmic brownie. It was all great.
