“Ordered 1/2 shrimp and 1/2 fish platter and added a soft shell crab on the side and sub fries for onion rings and it’s sooooo good. My husband had the roast beef poboy and it was good as well(no pics). The cheeseburger was good as well. (No pics)“

“Omg! Poppyseed chicken salad wrap. Y’all if y’all have never eaten here you need to try this place everything is absolutely amazing for appetizers. We had the queso dip, Boudin balls, and the pretzel. I love the Cajun German mustard dip. Last time I had their grilled pork chop, it was divine!“

“Absolutely delicious! I've had countless visits and meals here. Always delicious, always friendly, the staff, service, and overall experience has always been consistent with excellent. I challenge anyone to find another place with these accolades. You just wont find it...especially in Houma, Louisiana. 12 bucks for quality and quantity of the portions is incredible.
There isn't another place in Houma that can tick all the boxes like Chinese Gourmet, especially for the price. Large delicious portions and small delicious prices.“

“Food was excellent but the server was not the best. It wasn’t busy at all when we were there. We ordered an appetizer and when asked about our appetizer she said it’s cooking and walked away. Surely an appetizer doesn’t take nearly 1/2. When the restaurant only had 3 other tables occupied. She didn’t circle back to see if we needed a refill on our drinks or anything else. She seemed to have an attitude.“

“I was a bit early for a scheduled tour in the area, looked around to see what was open and decided to come here. Neat little 50s themed Cafe. I got the French Toast breakfast with eggs, hash browns and bacon and it was all very good. I'm glad I came and if I am in the area again, I will stop here again.“

“Have always loved this place! It’s no longer a buffet. My favorite item is not listed on the menu but if you tell them you want the red teriyaki/BBQ chicken appetizer they will make it for you! We always get Jamaica as our waitress and she’s the best. I’ve loved everything I’ve eaten here including lo mein, wonton/egg drop soup, and curry chicken. One of the best Chinese restaurants in town! The atmosphere is nice and dark and the music is quiet so it’s a great option for those sensitive to light and noise.“

“The Little Ceasers pizza chain is exceptional. Their pizza is good, and always fresh and got. Even if you don't order the hot and ready option. Also, the staff is friendly, and unbothered to make accommodations to the pizza. They also have deals to make the pizza cheaper. You wouldn"t regret ordering pizza from here.“

“I just ordered two rare beef pho, chicken pho, and a pork ba mi. Everything was delicious. The young man who took my order was very polite. I would definitely recommend White Bowl for great Vietnamese food.“

“This was my choice for Father’s Day lunch, I always did enjoy the burgers here. I heard they had new owners and I was nervous about my experience because of my expectations that I had previously. I was not disappointed every thing was cook great and the burger standard was met and this is place still after all the years I been coming here, they still have the BEST burgers in town.
Our server was great brought coloring pages for the kids, kept our drinks full, and was very colorful.
We had got there when it 1st open so it was very quiet but it didn’t last long the place was full before 1130 so it picked up but still was nice.“

“I love the food. More American Mexican, but delicious! The menu has a lot of items to choose from. Our waitress was very accommodating and our food came out quickly. I've been going on the Westside of Houma for over 30 years. I've seen changes over the years in their food, but all good!“

“Poor customer service. Requested to speak to kitchen manager and she never came out. Went for brunch and asked for fish and grits instead of shrimp and grits and was told I couldn't get that. I asked for the price of a filet of fish and a dude if grits. once told I ordered that. When I got the bill, I was charged for the most expensive fish item on the menu. 26 dollars for a piece of fish and a side of grits. There were better ways for this to happen. I wasn't informed of the cost prior to receiving the bill. I definitely would not have ordered that. I asked for the kitchen manager, Amy Daigle, she never came out. She instead sent someone else, Miranda, who said there was nothing she could do...... sad.“
