“I usually get the jerk chicken lunch plate with one side and substitute cabbage for the rice and peas. Yesterday, I wanted to try something different for a change. I could not decide between the jerk ribs and curry goat so I opted for both with the 2 Meat combo. I wasn’t disappointed. Both were very good, and I packed up my curry goat for the next day. The two ribs bones were full of meat and huge. I’m pleased that I was able to get two meals out of this order. The young lady who takes my orders is always pleasant, patient, and professional when I go there.“

“My wife and I stayed at Ormond Manor last week for 5 nights and had an absolutely wonderful time. The overall property and the Manor are stunning. We stayed in the Magnolia Suite which was beautifully appointed and had plenty of space for us. Communication with Boyd the Operations Manager was courteous and professional. The included breakfast was so delicious and a wonderful way to start our day - everything on the menu was great. Brad and Aaliyah both provided outstanding service during breakfast. Unfortunately our schedule did not allow us to try the restaurant for lunch or dinner - but that gives us yet another reason to go back :-) I also liked the historical references around the property and in the Manor itself giving some insight into the history of the Manor and general area. Overall a clean and well-kept historical gem that gave us a quiet and relaxing stay.

Just to summarize:
=> Super-friendly, courteous and welcoming staff
=> Beautiful room and property
=> Delicious breakfast at the restaurant

“We had Saturday afternoon lunch and it was great! Our server Rhett was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful with us, as first time guests. The Mahi-mahi was fabulous, the catfish was the best we’ve ever had and the onion sticks are superb. To top it off, we tried the Peanut Butter pie and were quite impressed! “Came in for Sunday breakfast and ordered banana fritters. They are more like thinner banana pancakes but not thin like crepes, dusted with sugar so gives kind of a churro vibe without the cinnamon. Cheesy grits were good and so was my iced dirty chai. Service was a little slow but there was only one person working the floor. Great little cafe for the price and location. Ordered Generals Chicken off Chef’s Specials. Added pork egg roll.
Good sized portion / more than I expected.
Chicken and sauce were good / flavorful.
Nothing much in the way of veggies (eg just a few small onions). White rice was middle of the road / good. Egg roll was hot, and same as you’ll find from freezer section in big-box store.
Ordering by phone was easy and friendly.
Food was ready earlier than advised (+). Good all around ordering, pick-up experience.
Pricing was as you’d expect.
Solid offering and would do again when back in area.

“Recently i ate at Applebee's ( one funny thing is when I 1st heard of the restaurant I thought it was a pastry shop ) but I found out it was a full on restaurant. I have eatten here before and recently when I visited I got the special (which I hope they keep ) bourbon st ribeye and shrimp that comes with mashed potatoes. It was very good , very tasty and came to my table smoking hot , excellent, was a great meal for the price .wait staff was very friendly , inside decor is very nice and welcoming , and alot of free parking outside the restaurant.
Update . Last time I was there , on the western side of the restaurant there was a awful smell of like sewage on the side of the building with water water or something running down along the building . I cant see going there now to eat and having to smell this before and after dining here , Applebee's yall need to fix this issue , at the very least its a health issue and that alone is enough of a problem.“

They were playing smooth r&b from the '80s and '90s. The waitress was super polite and accommodating. The only reason I gave the food a 4 is because, the barbecue sauce on the barbecue shrimp omelette was just super overwhelming. But I was there with my partner and he liked his food. He also ordered the voodoo drink, and even though he liked it, he said there really wasn't much alcohol in it. But overall a great experience.“
