To sum up as my son said "This food is amazing!" The kid's hibachi comes with tons of food! We had tuna sandwiches (tuna with crab salad and avocado), Luling, Utah, and Angry bird rolls which was more than enough for our group!
Large selection of sushi rolls and sashimi. The staff is cordial and fast. The restaurant is usually below capacity, and is quiet and comfortable. I recommend the Sunrise roll as a selection. My wife likes the Utah roll. The regular rolls are great too. When we order hibachi, we usually get the filet option. We began ordering this after Hurricane Ida, when Fujiyama was one of the few local restaurants having a generator and enough staff to be open. We are glad to have this restaurant...read full review
