Currently eating here as I write this review lol! I ordered the Bento Box which was reasonably priced considering how much we received. The environment and atmosphere was top notch, the the servers are really, really nice! The salmon teriyaki is delicious also lol. 10/10 all across the board in my opinion.

To sum up as my son said "This food is amazing!" The kid's hibachi comes with tons of food! We had tuna sandwiches (tuna with crab salad and avocado), Luling, Utah, and Angry bird rolls which was more than enough for our group!

Large selection of sushi rolls and sashimi. The staff is cordial and fast. The restaurant is usually below capacity, and is quiet and comfortable. I recommend the Sunrise roll as a selection. My wife likes the Utah roll. The regular rolls are great too. When we order hibachi, we usually get the filet option. We began ordering this after Hurricane Ida, when Fujiyama was one of the few local restaurants having a generator and enough staff to be open. We are glad to have this restaurant in our community!

Great sushi rolls and hibachi plates. Owners Danny and Ernie are very friendly and accommodating. Glad to answer questions. The Sunshine roll is a favorite. The shashimi plates are large and colorful presentations. Very tasty! Hibachi dinners are not cooked at the table, but are also very good.Parking: The parking lot is large. No issues finding parking spots.
Ordered take out. I ordered a Salmon Teriyaki and a Spicy Tuna Roll. The Salmon was overcooked and a bit dry even with the Teriyaki sauce. The fried rice with the salmon was good but nothing noteworthy. The Spicy Tuna was spectacular, it is my favorite sushi roll and what I order at every sushi restaurant. In my opinion, it is one of the best I've had in South Louisiana.Three stars for the average fried rice and overcooked salmon, but if it was just the Spicy Tuna, it would be 5 stars.

My beef yaki soba took them 5 minutes to make. Sauce is AWFUL. I paid $16.36 for half of the amount of food I would get at another similar restaurant. Would not recommend.

Pretty excited to find this restaurant on the west bank and it's close to an area I regularly visit for work.There was ample seating when we arrived and we received quick service. The only issue was the booth seats are not the most comfortable. Additionally, the back moved so the person behind me and I could feel each other leaning in the back of the seat.The food though was quickly delivered to the table and it was fresh and excellent sushi. I'm going to be coming back the next time I'm hereVegetarian options: There should be options here but might be limited.
