“My discovery of German Coast Beer Company is sort of unique. In 1989 I was introduced to the woman who would become my wife. Months later we started dating and in October of that year she invited me to meet her family at her daddy’s birthday party. One her nephews, Brandon Zeringue, was there. He was seven or eight years old. Two years later he and several other nieces and nephews would be in our wedding. Flash forward to 2024 and Brandon opened this brew pub. “I went with a large party with limited time. I called the day before and asked if we put our order in ahead of time if it could be ready for when we got there. Josey said it wouldn’t be a problem and just call with the order. I placed our order a couple hours later and she ensured everything would be ready. We walked in,our reserved table was waiting with all our food (still hot) and drinks. Ever single order was correct and the food was delicious. Since each meal was a separate check, Josey had the bills all ready next to each plate and it also helped us identify what each meal was. Our time was maximized due to the efficiency of Josey and the cook staff and it was greatly appreciated!”
