“This place was absolutely amazing. I had the brisket sandwich and had to remove some of the brisket off because there was as do much of it on the sandwich. Also ordered the cheese grits which were delicious. To go I ordered a link of their smoked brisket Boudin and I will be returning to Gonzo's because of this item. I've never had anything like it. Didn't taste anything like boudin but it tasted glorious. The burnt ends looked amazing but person in front of me ordered last lb.”

“I went to one in Luling, La and one in Boutte, La. The One In Luling was decent, friendly, clean, no complaints. I went to the one in Boutte around 745-750. They looked at me like they didn't want to serve me, made my sandwich with a slight attitude and I know for sure they overcharged me. $10 for a beef sandwich on flat bread, yeah they got me. If you don't like your job that's moo one's fault but your own.”

“They were short staffed and took long then necessary to be seated but the food was decent and the waitress was nice. The food came out quick. The crawfish etouffee was cooked good and didn’t taste bad but it was on the bland side and lacked seasoning and/or spice.”
