Recently (the beginning of October) I utilized PJ’s Coffee of Luling’s catering services for some breakfast and lunch sandwiches for myself and my bridal party to munch on while getting ready for my big day! Lily held my hand the entire process, was very prompt with responses to my questions and made adjustments to the platters for me so that I got exactly what I wanted. Best coffee place ever. They always have great seasonal choices. They definitely have the best pastries. The cinnamon scone is my favorite ana it's big enough to share, but i don't.
