“Today was excellent and should be complimented by all. Went to the restaurant to grab lunch. Ordered using the mi ole app. I thought what I ordered came with drinks I asked the gentleman in the window about my drinks. He told me I didn't order drinks with that code. He was right. But while I was searching the app;; he offered me small complimentary drinks for the inconvenience. Wow!!!! Afterwards my food came back made incorrectly. I proceeded to walk in the restaurant to address the mistake. The general manager was cleaning a window while the crew was busy with customers. One of the grill workers saw me with the sandwich and immediately acknowledged me. There was no fight or fuss....they simply wanted to make it right. And they did. As they were remaking my sandwich; I notice something I hadn't seen in years.......every one of the workers( young BLACK MEN, was in complete uniform with their shirts tucked in and belts. Their attitudes were phenomenal. The service was great and they deserve to be recognized. Mistakes are inevitable. I don't have an issue with their mistake... AT ALL! It was the way the handled me after I brought the mistake to their attention. They made it right..IMMEDIATELY! Without question. And the atmosphere of the restaurant was amazing! Hats off to the management and especially to those young men. They made me proud. They made my day. STRAWBERRY”

“This is my absolutely favorite Mc Donald when going out of town knowing im going this direction it is a must stop for me. i have visited this McDonald a few years now at least twice a year they have an awesome staff always.A few years back i was traveling with my son and grandkids we were starving and stopped at this location they were closing so we turned to leave and the manager came and invited us in even though they were closing i fidnt want to hold them up but she was sp nice insisted we come in they cooked our food served us talked with us it was great it meant the world to me i was tired hungry and ready to find a bed an sleep. i always stop an it amazes me how no matter the shift how friendly and welcoming the staff is how they will go the extra for there huest its always very clean food is always hot i cant say enough about the staff i always wonder if they have the same staff over the years or is it just that friendly of an area i mean it is La it also says a lot about the management theredoing something right happy employees means happy guest i whole heartely recommend you stop at this McDonald over the years i have given up on Mc Donalds but this location and other i look forward an plan a stop when traveling in these 2 location areas again i want to thank management and staff for your outstanding customer service it is always a great experience incidently i have been in hospitality business for 45 years as a hourly and mNagement started at bottom an went as far as i could up the ladder and i can assure you im watching everything when visiting this location get. 10 out of 10 from me Thank you management and staff you are the best”

“This place is AMAZING! Seasoning on point with every dish we tried. Their seafood pasta definitely is a must try. When reading reviews we decided to try it since others liked it, and man did it taste great. The food was wonderful, but the hospitality of the owner and her employees was also top tier. “I got the “build your own plate” with chicken, hummus, whipped feta, dill feta, rice, red onion, cucumber and tomato salad (they forgot this), crispy chickpeas, garlic sauce, tzatziki sauce, and pita. The food was delicious fresh and flavorful, but I only gave four stars because I had issues with placing my order online. When I first placed my order, I was charged twice, but the order wasn’t even completed so I had to wait for the money to be refunded before retry my order which was then successful but my other issue was that when I tried to call the restaurant to confirm nobody ever answered luckily my order was placed and ready when I got there, but they did forget to add the cucumber and tomato salad.”

“We had Saturday afternoon lunch and it was great! Our server Rhett was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful with us, as first time guests. The Mahi-mahi was fabulous, the catfish was the best we’ve ever had and the onion sticks are superb. To top it off, we tried the Peanut Butter pie and were quite impressed! This restaurant is worth the trip to Des Allemands, LA!”

“I went with a large party with limited time. I called the day before and asked if we put our order in ahead of time if it could be ready for when we got there. Josey said it wouldn’t be a problem and just call with the order. I placed our order a couple hours later and she ensured everything would be ready. We walked in,our reserved table was waiting with all our food (still hot) and drinks. Ever single order was correct and the food was delicious. Since each meal was a separate check, Josey had the bills all ready next to each plate and it also helped us identify what each meal was. Our time was maximized due to the efficiency of Josey and the cook staff and it was greatly appreciated!”

“So overall I love the food here. Never had a problem until today (unfortunately today was the wrong day to set me off). There are 2 condiments/toppings I can not stand and will ruin anything I eat because you can’t just wipe it off and that Sour cream and MUSTARD!!!!! I can not figure out how “Mayo, Lettuce and Ketchup ONLY” translates to MUSTARD, Lettuce and Ketchup!!!! The words Mustard and Mayo don’t even begin to sound the same except for the M. And it wasn’t a little mustard. The bun was SOAKED with it. Call them and wanted me to come back in so they could remake it while the rest of my family’s can eat theirs. I’m glad they didn’t put it on my 6yrs olds burger!!!!”

“Extremely embarrassed to admit that TONIGHT was our very first steak night. The ribeye was delicious, the twice baked potatoes were so freaking goodddd! I missed ordering my usual bang bang shrimp, but to try the steak night meal was worth it. Bread pudding topped it off wonderfully. Both of our kids had grilled cheese sandwiches and darn near licked their plates clean-after eating their meals, half of my steak, and stealing my potatoes. The staff are all super friendly and the service was quick considering we had ordered three steak meals! Thanks Boot T’s!”

“My discovery of German Coast Beer Company is sort of unique. In 1989 I was introduced to the woman who would become my wife. Months later we started dating and in October of that year she invited me to meet her family at her daddy’s birthday party. One her nephews, Brandon Zeringue, was there. “Cute little diner with awesome food! We got the Boudin balls and they were really good. For my entree I got the catfish plate and fries. I really liked the sauces that came with the boudin balls and catfish plate. I can’t recall what the sauce was called, but it was very tasty. Nothing but a friendly atmosphere and Southern Hospitality here.”

“True to their sign, they really are the best bloody Mary's you will find anywhere! Felt a little out of place, like the second we walked in you could hear a pin drop as the small crowd of people inside all stared judgmentaly at us. The bar tender however wasn't rude, but also wasn't very hospitable either. I've been here more than a dozen times on my way down to dularge, and the only thing that keeps me returning are the bloody marys. I just get em then go!”
