“A colleague shared their experience with me about this restaurant prior to me visiting. He shared how he enjoyed the food after initially being drawn in by the lunch prices. He goes there to enjoy the jerk chicken especially. Being a Jamaican hearing this from someone who was not led me to gather other peers to join him for lunch at this restaurant. The food was great and I was impressed by the service; fast and accommodating. To top it off, the owner came out to say hello. That made me want to go back and I have done so at least once a week despite the drive from my work. Great food, excellent service and owners and workers who appreciate your business!! “This was my first time here and it was amazing! The bbq ribs fell off the bone and the collard greens were flat out delicious!! I would definitely recommend! The portions are great for the price too. The staff was really friendly and the service was fast. It is cash only so bring some with you, you won’t be disappointed.“

“We were over the top with the entire meal. We started with the sampler appetizer and it was amazing. I had spaghetti and meatballs with the Italian house salad and my fiance had the meatball poboy. Everything was amazing and so delicious and the service was excellent. I have looked for an Italian restuarant to please my palate and have been disappointed but NO MORE, Gendusa's has met my expectations above and beyond!“

“We have enjoyed their food for many years, however something has changed. Their enchiladas are no longer the same. The last time we got them they were raw tortillas with meet inside and some sauce on top. There weren't placed in an oven and covered with sauce and cheese like they use to be. It's disgusting to serve something like this to customers. We will be looking elsewhere unless this changes.“

Super friendly and sweet! drink never ran out before I had another sitting beside it. I ordered the fried craw claws and the swamp platter. It was all cooked fresh and came out very quick. Seasoning was on point! very large portions (no chance you're leaving hungry) This is the first restaurant in the area I give a 10 out of 10. let's face it most NOLA restaurants rush food in and out and season just enough to get by because of the tourists! “My second time at this place. I love the atmosphere. You are greeted when you enter the place and when you are leaving out. The waitresses and management is so nice and polite. The food is amazingly so good. It's hard to get good service but this place is so great at it. Love this place if I could give it 6 stars I would.“

“Traveling for business / looking for good takeout near MSY.
Ordered Generals Chicken off Chef’s Specials. Added pork egg roll.
Good sized portion / more than I expected.
Chicken and sauce were good / flavorful.
Nothing much in the way of veggies (eg just a few small onions). White rice was middle of the road / good. Egg roll was hot, and same as you’ll find from freezer section in big-box store.
Ordering by phone was easy and friendly.
Food was ready earlier than advised (+). Good all around ordering, pick-up experience.
Pricing was as you’d expect.
Solid offering and would do again when back in area.

They have a great atmosphere and the staff are always so polite and efficient, especially the owners! Their pizzas are top tier and they use only the best and freshest ingredients. I would recommend Reginellis in Kenner to everyone, especially pizza, pasta, and salad lovers! My favorite quick lunch is the Caesar salad and tomato basil soup 😍“

She was a little rude and not hospitable. We had a togo order due to our dog in the car. We don’t know where to go to pick up the order and it left us wandering the restaurant.“

“This was recommended to me for Honduras food. It did not disappoint. My friend who recommended it translated the menu for me. Most of the items I understood from seeing them elsewhere. Not knowing how to speak Spanish did not stop me from ordering over the phone to take out. They were helpful and friendly. The food was delicious!“

“Order food but was told after sitting for over 30 minutes that it got lost in the kitchen...smh...asked for my check and told them forget. The manager came over and was very nice. He fixed the issue and we received our food in a timely matter. The person waiting on us was new and the manager took full responsibility. The waiter was nice, but I could tell he was new. After that I provided grace to the new employee and still gave him a decent tip. Thanks

“Good Wings. Good quality but a little pricey. 15 wings, no fries, $17.50. Wings mediumsize at best. New House dry spice is very good! But didn't stick to the wing much. The mesquite spice was good, but salty.
They do have 3 daiquiri machines and other liquor.
Service was good. Wings cooked just right and crispy.
In there at lunchtime, no other customers.“
