“I usually get the jerk chicken lunch plate with one side and substitute cabbage for the rice and peas. Yesterday, I wanted to try something different for a change. I could not decide between the jerk ribs and curry goat so I opted for both with the 2 Meat combo. I wasn’t disappointed. Both were very good, and I packed up my curry goat for the next day. The two ribs bones were full of meat and huge. I’m pleased that I was able to get two meals out of this order. The young lady who takes my orders is always pleasant, patient, and professional when I go there.“

“My only regret is not finding this spot sooner! I'm in town a few times a month and just happened to drive by and stop today. First off the waitress (Mrs. Lisa) was amazing! Super friendly and sweet! drink never ran out before I had another sitting beside it. I ordered the fried craw claws and the swamp platter. It was all cooked fresh and came out very quick. Seasoning was on point! very large portions (no chance you're leaving hungry) This is the first restaurant in the area I give a 10 out of 10. let's face it most NOLA restaurants rush food in and out and season just enough to get by because of the tourists! “We have enjoyed their food for many years, however something has changed. Their enchiladas are no longer the same. The last time we got them they were raw tortillas with meet inside and some sauce on top. There weren't placed in an oven and covered with sauce and cheese like they use to be. It's disgusting to serve something like this to customers. We will be looking elsewhere unless this changes.“

“Came in for Sunday breakfast and ordered banana fritters. They are more like thinner banana pancakes but not thin like crepes, dusted with sugar so gives kind of a churro vibe without the cinnamon. Cheesy grits were good and so was my iced dirty chai. Service was a little slow but there was only one person working the floor. Great little cafe for the price and location. Also the spot for crispy edge pancakes!“

“We were over the top with the entire meal. We started with the sampler appetizer and it was amazing. I had spaghetti and meatballs with the Italian house salad and my fiance had the meatball poboy. Everything was amazing and so delicious and the service was excellent. I have looked for an Italian restuarant to please my palate and have been disappointed but NO MORE, Gendusa's has met my expectations above and beyond!“

Ordered Generals Chicken off Chef’s Specials. Added pork egg roll.
Good sized portion / more than I expected.
Chicken and sauce were good / flavorful.
Nothing much in the way of veggies (eg just a few small onions). White rice was middle of the road / good. Egg roll was hot, and same as you’ll find from freezer section in big-box store.
Ordering by phone was easy and friendly.
Food was ready earlier than advised (+). Good all around ordering, pick-up experience.
Pricing was as you’d expect.
Solid offering and would do again when back in area.

“Soooo I had the opportunity to taste this food on a Trolley Ride in NOLA yesterday from someone else's plate! I was determined to get me a plate SOON. Me not knowing there were 3 locations just made me dam happppyyyyy! The closest one was this location Kenner! And omg they did not disappoint. Even though I ordered ONLINE, my order was ready, HOT, & delicious! I had the garlic parm wings, fries, ranch dipping sauce. Pineapple Lemonade. It was absolutely delicious. I found me and my family a new place to eat annnd closer to my home. The customer service was great as well! Thank yall!!“

“Recently i ate at Applebee's ( one funny thing is when I 1st heard of the restaurant I thought it was a pastry shop ) but I found out it was a full on restaurant. I have eatten here before and recently when I visited I got the special (which I hope they keep ) bourbon st ribeye and shrimp that comes with mashed potatoes. It was very good , very tasty and came to my table smoking hot , excellent, was a great meal for the price .wait staff was very friendly , inside decor is very nice and welcoming , and alot of free parking outside the restaurant.
Update . Last time I was there , on the western side of the restaurant there was a awful smell of like sewage on the side of the building with water water or something running down along the building . I cant see going there now to eat and having to smell this before and after dining here , Applebee's yall need to fix this issue , at the very least its a health issue and that alone is enough of a problem.“

“Great place to eat soon as you go thru tsa. We have eaten here couple times now and both meals were good.
Service is questionable as we have not had best experience. I do think food has made up the difference.
They have a sample plate that is very good as well.“
