“Great food and great service!“

“Been going to Waffle House since forever. My wife will not stand to pass one up when we're on the road. You either go to Waffle House or you don't. We do.“

“Came in for Sunday breakfast and ordered banana fritters. They are more like thinner banana pancakes but not thin like crepes, dusted with sugar so gives kind of a churro vibe without the cinnamon. Cheesy grits were good and so was my iced dirty chai. Service was a little slow but there was only one person working the floor. Great little cafe for the price and location. Also the spot for crispy edge pancakes!“

“artist Lah ricco and artist clone embrace hate are working on a mixtape starting this December called syrup&Pam mermaidmoneyswaggrecords owner Joshua McCall Jackson aka clone embrace hate“

“Best Breakfast in New Orleans“

“My family and I absolutely love this place. We go to the Elmwood location most of the time! The staff is always friendly and helpful! Our only issue is we never know what to choose from because it’s all so good! Thank you District Donuts for always keeping your standards high and food fresh!“

“The food and people are great!!! Must go to❤️“

“Christian and Tristan are the GOAT! Whenever they’re working I know I will have a great time. I regularly get their vietnamese coffee and it’s delicious each time. As of this month I’ve been getting their lemon drop donut and it’s the perfect amount of lemon without being overwhelming or underwhelming“

“Unbelievably good mole chicken! We loved our lunch and Gloria came out to meet us 😍 Please support this small restaurant!“

“Ms. Catherine was the best waitress. I felt like my mother was waiting on me! The cook on the other hand, had problems with the order and had to keep repeating making my eggs over medium. But It came out ok. I will recommend waffle house to my friends.“

“The staff is ALWAYS friendly and inviting. The restaurant, including bathroom, is always clean. The food is good and well-plated. LOVE THIS LOCATION!!!“

“All the Ladies that worked there this morning deserve a standing ovation!! They were spot on in Service and the food! And I asked the our server how to get a coffee cup, she said she did t know but would ask, another lady came over and set one down at our table! Thank you so much!“

“For years I worked in retail. When I first walk into a retail establishment, I am sensitive to general ambience, presentation of product, cleanliness, staff morale. I can safely say that the Puccino’s Coffee located next to Lakeside Mall excels in all these categories. This can be directly attributed to the manager, Donna. Donna is very conscientious about the appearance of her store. The floors and tables are clean, product is fully stocked and meticulously displayed, no trash or debris anywhere, trash receptacles never over flowing. In addition, Donna’s staff genuinely likes her and responds positively to her. Clearly, Donna is an asset to the Puccino’s Coffee family. Puccino’s at this location is definitely my Go-To place to relax and enjoy a large Skinny Granita.“

“great food, nice people. just need a little more training on customer service, no matter If you are dinning in are out. always ask if they need a drink. Always remember upscale. if you don't you loose business. Great food though.“

“It was the end to a wonderful night out with Friends 😘“

“Went there on 7/12/2026. First time in Metairie. Our server Rachel was amazing. It was a busy day coupled with being sort staffed cooks. She was training someone in addition to serving us. But you would never know with the Phenomenal service she provided us. Attentive to detail especially under stressful circumstances says a lot about her and the staff that works there. Such a warm welcoming atmosphere. Definitely come back. I hope who ever reads this can see that her efforts are rewarded.“

“Rio is one of the kindest, sweetest servers I’ve ever had. She made sure we were so comfortable and taken care of. I was sick with a cold while traveling (I promise I masked up and used too much hand sanitizer) and she offered to let me just sleep in our booth if I needed to before our airport shuttle came( I didn’t but the offer was much appreciated) she was kind, attentive and all around sweeter than the maple syrup on the table. She also has the voice of an angel so IHOP just know you have a very special human on your team. She deserves the moon.“

“We eat here often n able to say we have yet to leave unhappy or disappointed. That little thing working the grill knows what she's doing! The best pork chops n bacon cheese steak you'll ever eat. Always happy n polite, I don't think we've ever not received the famous hi welcome to waffle house greeting as we're always greeted with a smile n inviting presence as her station is always good clean, u know for a waffle house lol Even while TWICE last week the poor lady was left alone to be both the cook n the waitress, when usually her daughter waits on us but 2 days in a row noone, now don't get me wrong she absolutely killed it, she always does. But even when left doing it alone still she gonna be doing her thing!!“

“Absolutely one of the best IHOP experiences I’ve ever had! Everything was fantastic from start to finish—the food was fresh, delicious, and full of flavor, the portions were generous, and the service was incredible. The staff were genuinely friendly and made the whole experience feel welcoming.“
