I can safely say that the Puccino’s Coffee located next to Lakeside Mall excels in all these categories. This can be directly attributed to the manager, Donna. Donna is very conscientious about the appearance of her store. The floors and tables are clean, product is fully stocked and meticulously displayed, no trash or debris anywhere, trash receptacles never over flowing. In addition, Donna’s staff genuinely likes her and responds positively to her. Clearly, Donna is an asset to the Puccino’s Coffee family. Puccino’s at this location is definitely my Go-To place to relax and enjoy a large Skinny Granita.“

“Went there on 7/12/2026. First time in Metairie. Our server Rachel was amazing. It was a busy day coupled with being sort staffed cooks. She was training someone in addition to serving us. But you would never know with the Phenomenal service she provided us. Attentive to detail especially under stressful circumstances says a lot about her and the staff that works there. Such a warm welcoming atmosphere. Definitely come back. I hope who ever reads this can see that her efforts are rewarded.“

“Rio is one of the kindest, sweetest servers I’ve ever had. She made sure we were so comfortable and taken care of. I was sick with a cold while traveling (I promise I masked up and used too much hand sanitizer) and she offered to let me just sleep in our booth if I needed to before our airport shuttle came( I didn’t but the offer was much appreciated) she was kind, attentive and all around sweeter than the maple syrup on the table. She also has the voice of an angel so IHOP just know you have a very special human on your team. She deserves the moon.“

Cheesy grits were good and so was my iced dirty chai. Service was a little slow but there was only one person working the floor. Great little cafe for the price and location.
