Cute little cafe feel with delicious variations of beignets in the form of sliders. We had the fried chicken beignets, crab beignets, seafood beignets and hamburger beignets which had hot sausage mixed in the meat. It was served with a remoulade sauce which really wasn't needed bc each beignet tasted amazing. Everything was delicious and they weren't stingy with the filling of each. I recently had the most awesome experience taking my son to New Orleans for his 16th Birthday! And let me tell you, the beignets we had were out of this world! We indulged in the traditional ones, the crab-filled ones, and even the chicken beignets. Oh boy, they were absolutely delicious!
